Custer’s Gulch RV Park
Custer's Gulch RV Park in Custer, South DakotaWe visited this park on August 18, 2013, and stayed for 10 day(s).
We thoroughly enjoyed Custer’s Gulch RV park. Our site was at the back, bordered by National Forest Service property. It was peaceful and quiet – no road noise whatsoever. We had plenty of shade.
The free Wi-Fi was marginal at best, but our Verizon Mi-Fi pulled in a strong signal. The laundry was clean, but limited to cold water only.
Yes, it was dusty due to the dirt roads, but we stayed for 10 days and would definitely return. It was a peaceful haven between day trips exploring nearby Custer State Park and other local attractions.
Cost: Weekly rate at the time of our visit was $36/night and seventh night free.
